About Jim

Thank you for visiting!  I’m proud to have more than fourteen years of experience with Cameron Smith & Associates and am the most tenured CPG recruiter residing in Northwest Arkansas.  I specialize in sales, category management and supply chain opportunities in the Bentonville, Chicago and Minneapolis markets.

I am a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), which means I understand the laws that affect our industry and subscribe to a code of ethics as a member of the National Association of Personnel Services organization.

Additionally, I am a Certified Employee Retention Specialist (CERS).  I take pride in helping my client companies look at their HR challenges from a strategic perspective to assist them in engaging and retaining their talented employees rather than treating human resources from a transactional perspective.  There are fewer than 100 individuals in the United States who have obtained the CERS designation.
